A self confessed nerd and people-person, I am passionate about helping people from all walks of life to improve their health and fitness, from people who have never set foot in a gym, to high performing athletes. With a big interest in psychology, communication, and a ‘person-centred’ approach to health and fitness, nothing gives me more fulfilment than watching people break through physical boundaries that they previously thought weren’t possible.
